Andy Thaw has worked in the Mortgage Banking Industry for over 40+ years and has widely been considered an industry leader in FHA 203k and HomeStyle renovation financing for the last 30+ years. Referred by the NY HUD office, he became the author of Capstone Institute’s widely used book “Understanding 203k Financing” and had completed his second book on Renovation Lending titled “Reinventing the Deal”. Andy is a NY State Certified Instructor for Continuing Education and is on the teaching faculty and chairs the education committee (CADRE) at the Long Island Board of Realtors. He currently serves as the SVP of Renovation ending for Jet Direct Mortgage Bankers.
